Abstract: This white paper presents the results of a commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Microsoft Corporation to help IT organizations considering adopting the 2007 Microsoft® Office system anticipate the impact of the new Microsoft Office Fluent™ user interface on their end users.
